We follow a structured 6-stage construction process:
• Site Start & Slab Pour – Site preparation and concrete foundation
• Framing & Trusses – Building the structural framework
• Brickwork – Completing all external brickwork
• Plasterboard – Installing interior walls and ceilings
• Practical Completion Inspection – Final inspection before handover
• Settlement – Official handover of your completed home
What you can expect:
• Weekly site inspections by your dedicated Site Supervisor
• Comprehensive quality audits at key milestones
• In-house Quality Team inspections throughout the build
• Client walk-throughs at Practical Completion and Settlement
• Additional site visits available by arrangement

Documentation & Agreements:
• All relevant contracts signed and agreed upon
• Confirmed costs with agreed start and completion dates
Payment Schedule:
Our progress claims are structured as follows:
• 5% – Initial contract signing
• 20% – Slab completion
• 35% – Structure, roof, and fit-out completion
• 25% – Enclosed to garage doors
• 10% – Final claim
• 5% – Retention release
• Keys – Official handover
